Customers are required to collect their dress three days before the event to allow enough time for proper preparation and final adjustments. Each client must complete a fitting session, which costs 10,000 TSH, to ensure the dress is comfortable and tailored correctly. Dresses must be returned one day after the event in good condition. Any delay beyond the agreed return date will result in a daily delay fee. These guidelines help us maintain high-quality service and ensure dresses are ready for the next client on time.

Policy
Fana Bridal Sparks requires a deposit of 200,000 TSH to secure any dress booking, and this deposit is not refundable if the customer cancels the reservation. However, the deposit is returned once the dress is brought back in its original condition. If the dress is returned with significant damage, the client will be required to top up the remaining amount up to the full price of the dress. Customers are not allowed to wash the dress themselves; all cleaning is handled exclusively by Fana Bridal Sparks to ensure proper care and quality maintenance.
